Another steering wheel!
A nice steering wheel on eBay. It's not quite right for an Eleven as it's for a Lotus 18 Formula Junior, having a hole in the centre and flush stitching. It's 12" diameter with a red leather rim so would still look pretty authentic and smart all the same. I doubt they come up for sale very often. ht...

Rear clam for sale
I spotted a rear clam on eBay if anyone needs one. £500 or offers so could be worth a punt. The seller reckons it could be for a '15'. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Westfield-11-Xi-Eleven-Lotus-15-Rear-Clam/154278028374?hash=item23ebafe456:g:us8AAOSwfDRf9JF8 Looks like a front clam also in the backgrou...

Re: Starter motor pinion cover
I was put off the high torque starters by the high prices (£220) so I'm staying with the Bendix at least for the meantime. Re: Starter motor pinion cover
Thank you Jan. There are no photos in particular that I need to refer to. They were good for inspiration when it was an effort to go into the cold garage to get some work on the car done :D . The bellhousing in my Westfield conversation kit came with a 45 mm diameter hole at the end of the starter p...

Re: Starter motor pinion cover
Unfortunately no instructions come with the T9 conversation kit, but those from 'Frontline Developments' say to remove the Bendix cover from the MG bellhousing, then to use it as a template to drill the three attachment holes into the new bellhousing. Covers by themselves are like hen's teeth, with ...

Starter motor pinion cover
Stupidly I didn't retain the starter motor pinion cover that I need for the Ford T9 gearbox conversation.
The only one I can find is in the US...
Does anyone have one that I can buy from them?
Many thanks.

Re: New doors
That's ok. My son has recently had minutes of fun (not!) adding commas into sentences to change their meaning for his English homework!
I'd love to see your race W11 one day to see what can be done to the standard car.

Re: New doors
Ha ha, you must be quite an Eleven door connoisseur
! It never even crossed my mind that they had anything other than a simple 2d curve.

Quite randomly, I stumbled across some XI door mouldings on eBay - no hinges, perspex or fittings with them though...
