My engine has not been tested with the output being 101 bhp at 6500 rpm with a peak torque of 90 ft lbs.

I don't have the graphs yet (as I haven't yet received the invoice!) so I can't comment on the power distribution.

Only a couple of hiccups - a couple of weeping core plugs and a stripped thread on a timing cover fastening screw - both easy to fix.

Interestingly, the test was conducted with my manky old 45d mechanical distributor so in all I'm pleased and very relieved!

Now here's a nice original Lotus Series 1 steering wheel that has come up for sale in the US (on Ebay). Diameter is 14" and the leather rim is black (but well worn). Price is $204.49.

Maybe good for someone with shorter legs or having the bench seat option.
