toe is roughly 1/8" (give or take a few 16ths). I've not had it on a professional alignment rack yet as too much of the front end will be rebuilt this winter to correct the poor initial build and the hacks that it has endured under some of the previous owners (pre-Les owners).

Jan, I think you're right that these tires are just old (they are old) and weren't that stellar to start with. Also, my expectations may be a bit high for this car and how it's setup today.

Forgot to add on tyre pressures that you might want to check your pressure gauge occasionally (against another one). The one I've been using for years turned out to be reading over 20% high. Noticed it the other day on my road MX5. Don't know when or how it happened. Meant the last race a Donington I was running tyres at less than 15psi cold! The car really didn't feel that bad! It did feel soft last weekend on a road shakedown run though (not that you can really push it hard on the road around here)!
Looking forward to Mallory tomorrow with the tyres at the correct pressure.

At our track day, I ran 20 PSI cold.

My pinto-engined SEiW was running 19 all round.
