				Two outlet (bottom of the tank, side of the tank) plus the overflow tube are standard for just about any header tank.  Just about all are sold that way. Even the Westfield tank has two outlets and an overflow, but it could use three... 
Having another bung welded in for the cylinder head heater outlet is a good idea and gives the engine a little cooling advantage as well as purging any air pockets. I just TIG weld a new bung next to the one already in the tank. Alloy or steel bungs in NPT or AN are available from any racing hose supplier.
Use push on hose and you get rid of the clamps and the leaks.
