The 'humpless' body looks fantastic in ali.

Beautiful car as we all agree, BMC engines, gearboxes and live axles where frequently used by Lotus in their cars both seven and elevens.
The head fearing was always a separate body part as far as I know.

Wow - 90k Euros, without the Climax engine. Looks just like a Corgi Toy of the Eleven I bought in silver.

Regarding the askingprice of these, 90K for a real Lotus XI isn't that outragious.......

The pricing on the second one certainly looks strong, given the state of the paintwork......

take care, the pictures of the red car are at least 2 years old. This car was for sale at wirewheel.com in Florida, and advertised on Bring A Trailer (look for "extreme patina") at that time.
I suspect the car is still in the USA, and someone is trying to make some money (which is his/ her good right obviously). The car seems a good start for a project, depending on its current state. It would be something for me, however not at that price.
