With almost no notice, the telco that house the webserver have announced that the IP address assignment for this website is changing. This means that there will be a period of downtime whilst the new address propagates around the nets DNS servers. In theory, this could take up to 48 hours, in practice resolution tends settle down after about 24 hours or so.

The Telco are moving the IP address this server/site/forum sits on today.
It is supposed to be a seamless process but already the site has had about 2 hours downtime, so I'm expecting more disruption at some point today.
Apologies, but its very much out of my control.
