Just gave the car it's first ride out of the garage. IVA in 18 days.
Bit of help needed. I've fitted Frontline twin pot calipers and discs on the front. I think this is the cause of a 'long pedal'. Has anybody on here had a similar issue? Any idea on the standard master cylinder bore and is there a direct replacement to give more volume? Will probably go for a twin cylinder/ balance bar after IVA as I understand this is not allowed for the test.
Also is there anybody with recent IVA experience with a current kit, it would be really helpful to have a quick chat which may find something I've missed. Please message me with a contact number if you can help.

The easiest way to correct the problem is to install twin master cylinders, probably .75 bore with the larger calipers. Frontline can probably tell you which size works best with their twin pot calipers, and the rear drums.

Westfield has the appropriate brake pedal with the bias bar, and twin master cylinders are not expensive. I use Wilwoods, and the cost here in the US is only about $120 for the pair. Another advantage is that you can use remote reservoirs, so that you can easily check the level of the brake fluid. You can even convert your Girling clutch master cylinder to a remote reservoir as well. One fitting does it.

The other way is to find out what your current tandem master cylinder is, and replace it with one that is a size larger. Caterham has a master cylinder (or two, for larger Caterham brake options) that might work for you.

You can install the old spridget calipers for your test, then you cam put the good parts back on the car after. This will save a lot of work.

I installed the twin master cylinders in my RHD W11 as I wanted to be able to change to larger calipers, or rear discs without worrying about the master cylinder match and brake pedal travel and pressure. I can easily change out a master cylinder in just a few minutes. We don't have anything like IVA here, so we can build the car anyway we want.
