Donington noise days

This months track driver has a short article on Doningtons' agreed 'racing' days.
In essence Donington has agreed with its local planners to limit racing/practice/track days(?) to 60 days a year. Noise-wise, 20 days are unsilenced, 20 days are 118dB limit, 20 days are 108dB. Measured at the exhaust, so the article says. All in all reasonably good news if it keeps everyone happy.
(I wonder how Mallory Park is getting on? Any updates?)
