Mine were quite a way off too but it would be boring if it was easy!!!! It may sound savage but I got a perfect result using a dremel style tool. It took me ages and it's an eye/skin removing job. As Jon said plenty of check check and double check marking and then really slow with the tool as it gets hot and melts very easily :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops:

IVA retest for me next Friday so will be reinstalling my clear covers on Saturday fingers crossed.

BTW... I am contemplating the Spa Six Hrs next year. Takers?
