Seems that a possible race series for Elevens might arise from the demise of the Westfield and Max5 series, neither of which could get big enough grids last year. They're to be amalgamated in something called the Open Sportscars Series under the BARC.
There's an invitation class desinged to attract Elevens. To me, the attraction is I could be racing somewhere other than the back of the field (close to it mind...) and not being ovetaken every few laps by a leading pack of mega horsepower monsters (albeit driven by gentlemen).
We'll see if it materialises, but if it does I@ll give it a try alongside the SR>. Of course, SR> are likely to have the Spa round next summer so may have to skip around the two...
Too much choice again.
