The dealer / broker clearly says a new chassis was used, so the build did need SVA / IVA unless it before 1998 or thereabouts. That’s not passing an IVA without a lot of work and so you are one traffic stop away from a world of hurt driving that about!
Agreed though, it’s rather attractive!
