Afternoon.
Should I expect to have to trim the lower, curved bits of the IVA headlamp pods to get them to fit the recess in the bonnet please? I've offered mine up and they seem a fair bit out, almost to the point that the profile of the curve is wrong...
Presumably I should drill the holes for the perspex covers first, then use the same holes for the pods?
Thanks
Jason

Jason,
I've having to trim the IVA headlight pods and the Perspex covers to get them to fit and the Perspex ones are definitely 'handed'. I also plan to fit the Perspex covers first and then use same mounting holes for the IVA pods.

Hi, Both,
I fitted my pods and then, on their removal, drilled and fitted the Perspex covers (it was easy to see the Rivnuts, of course). I had a little shaping of the Perspex to do to get a good fit - a flap wheel in the 115mm grinder for the hard work and then a final smooth with the Powerfile.

Simon,
Thanks , makes sense that you can see through the Perspex to mark where to drill the holes.
