I am seriously in the doghouse with the missus with the amount of non running vehicles about Sheridan towers. No way is anything being bought. 5 need to go!

Mercedes camper, Marlin Berlinetta, Moggie Minor rolling shell (W11 donor), Pug 306 all to go, and I need to break down and store more effectively my Lomax 3 wheeler to Morgan rep project. Chimaera, W11 racer plus chassis, Burlington, Locost 7 racer and '61 Renault 4 will remain, plus the family wagons! Oh and my car transporter trailer!

I used to have a (SWB) Marlin Roadster which I loved but barely fitted in (length wise), but still managed to win the 'Best Self Built Car' class at the 'Guild of Motor Endurance' 6 hour endurance event at Mallory Park back in 1995!
I always fancied it's larger Berlinetta brother which I think at one time YKC were going to upgrade to being Sierra based.

Re: Absolute bargain just popped up on Marketplace
Finally, after 5 applications and a lot of toing and froing I have finally got the Minor registered although I have been stung for a £55 'first registration' fee by the DVLA even though it clearly is not a first registration, as I sent in the tax disc the car came with that proved it used to be on the road in the UK. Of course, the DVLA have lost that so now I’ve got the fun of making a complaint to get my money back without my main piece of evidence, although I have a photo of it being sent in with all the other application documents, and I sent it recorded delivery. The DVLA are total muppets, I’ve never dealt with such a disorganised 'organisation', who are unable, it seem, to follow their own guidance documents…..
Anyway, this means I can SORN the Minor, and get rid of the shell while keeping the chassis plate, after extracting the parts I am using on the W11 build, so I can keep the '50s period correct number entitlement for the 11. What a rigmarole!
