New members - joining the forum

For new members that register for the forum - if you don't get an approval email back within 24-36 hours, can you check in any spam or junk email folders to see if a confirmation email about your account status has ended up in the wrong folder etc.
When you join you should receive two emails: the first 'Welcome to "Westfield Elevens"' and the second 'Account activated', both from the admin account at westfield -eleven.org.
If you don't get anything back after 48 hours and you have checked all spam filters etc please email the admin account and we will have a look into it.
