According to Footman James..............

"Vehicles under 20 years old or above £15000 in value:

A vehicle condition form must be completed by a Car Club Official, Restorer, Valuer, Specialist Dealer or other reputable person who may have inspected the vehicle."

A minimum of 2 phots are required to back up.

Any ideas?

I consider mine to be worth less than the £15k. When I had it advertised at £14k it seemed about right. But yours with it's nicer all round finish is certainly worth more.
In the old days when we swapped engines into Land Rovers you needed an "engineers report" to get it insured. As most of us were graduate engineers we wrote reports for each others cars signing them appropriately with qualifications.
I would say anyone with an engineering degree is qualified to assess the cars....fee would be a couple of beers!

Sure - happy to give it a go. Worst case is your insurance company rejects it. No win - no fee! How about that?
