That looks familiar... I use a -8 (1/2") hose for the block vent at the fuel pump. That one needs a bit more volume. Easy to tap out to a 1/2" hose barb.
Don't worry, no oil will flow up hill to your breather tank.

Just finishing gearbox assy, due to first test fit engine-gearbox assembly next weekend if possible.

Petrol blanking outlet now 1/2".
